I've also won three prestigious industry awards for my leadership and my work in helping managers lead successful teams.

Although I have realized great success, the road was not easy. I've also been passed over for promotions, felt overwhelmed by new responsibilities, lacked clear direction, and felt stuck in a job. However, I didn't let any of those challenges stop me!
